Retail Strip with Shell Gas Station and Car Wash Sells for $3.48M

Announcing the Sale of 7710 Brighton Road

Denver, CO – February 19, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 7710 Brighton Road, Commerce City, Colorado. The property, consisting of a Shell gas station, car wash and 3-tenant retail strip center totaling 7,420 square feet sold on February 5, 2021 for $3,480,000. The purchase price included the Shell gas station business goodwill, inventory and FF&E in the amount of $800,000.

Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, Doo Brothers Enterprises, Inc., in the transaction. The buyer, Anmol Kaur, LLC was not represented.
