Announcing the sale of 4100 Tejon Street

Denver, CO – Monday, January 27^th, 2020 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of 4100 Tejon St Denver, CO.  The retail building, consisting of 2,230 SF was sold on January 21^st, 2020 for $675,000 or $302 per SF.  Doug Gates, Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Andy Cao in the transaction.  Ryan Lawless & Kevin Woolsey of Denver Realty Group represented the sellers.

Andy Cao, sushi chef, currently owns Ooka Sushi Restaurant in Arvada.  His restaurant offers sushi and a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes.  He plans to open his 2^nd sushi restaurant at the location.
